Class Descriptions

All of our group workouts combine cardio and strength moves to help you build muscle and burn fat! Utilizing our coaches expertise, every exercise we choose can be tailored to suit every woman, from true beginners to advanced exercisers! We utilize our state of the art QueenX machine, free weights, bands, weight machines and more to give you the best results in only 30 minutes! Our coaches will guide you every step of the way, so you can feel confident that you will get the most out of each move! 

UPPER BODY SCULPT

Our class on Monday and Thursday targets every muscle in your upper body, sculpting and strengthening your arms, back, chest and shoulders! These workouts don’t just make you look great in a tank top, but more importantly help create a support system for good posture and in some cases can help combat back and neck pain.

LOWER BODY SCULPT

Our class on Tuesday and Friday focuses on your calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes! Building muscle in your glutes and leaning out your legs boosts your metabolism, will help rebuild balance and power in daily life, and in some cases reduces lower body joint pain.

core build and burn

Our class on Wednesday targets the muscles in your abdomen and pelvic floor. These muscles are at the core of all of your body’s movements, so we dedicate an entire workout day to ensure we have a strong foundation for your body to function properly! For many of us, especially those of us who have given birth, our cores aren’t as stable as they used to be! Our coaches can give cues and modifications for every exercise, so don’t be afraid to sign up for this class if you know your core isn’t what it used to be. Let us help you rebuild it! You’ve got nothing to lose- but a lot to gain!
